Just pre ordered for 1800 it turns up at 1700 the kebabs and chips were stone cold and the meat was rock hard the chicken kebab was just a few lumps of dry hard meat and again the large kebab was thrown in a box. Will be avoiding this restaurant in the future!!

The last few months it’s really deteriorated: takes forever to arrive, 50/50 chance if it’ll be hot or not and it’s not always up to it’s usual standard. Had food from there tonight and it was stone cold, the cheese hasn’t melted on the chips, the salad seemed old and the ketchup was so acidic. We are on the hunt for a new kebab place.

Resturant should also read the customer notes. If you don’t want an ingredient on an item I would follow up with a call, should you order online. Called a dozen times and engaged. So had to call lovetakeaway directly. They managed to get through who said they are very busy and it will be at least an additional 20mins more!! May I suggest calling people to let us know and to stop taking more orders until you have caught up and satisfied orders already waiting. Such a shame.

We used to love this kebab. Previously the food was consistently really good, warm and came quickly. The last few months it’s really deteriorated: takes forever to arrive, 50/50 chance if it’ll be hot or not and it’s not always up to it’s usual standard. Had food from there tonight and it was stone cold, the cheese hasn’t melted on the chips, the salad seemed old and the ketchup was so acidic. We are on the hunt for a new kebab place.

Delivery time nowhere near, phoned up an hour after orderd it they said only just started cooking it and are busy! And said will be another 20min, then waited an extra 20min so 1h 40min is far too long initial quoted on app 50min. So will probably go to amesbury one next time.

Food was nice and tasty, however food arrived later than stated not a big thing as we weren’t in a rush however all food was cold and spoilt the takeaway. Resturant should also read the customer notes. If you don’t want an ingredient on an item I would follow up with a call, should you order online. If the food was delivered hot or even warm I’m sure it would be great.

Never had an issue with this place. Great food and people but tonight i ordered and was told 50 minute delivery time. Nearly 90 minutes later no food. Called a dozen times and engaged. So had to call lovetakeaway directly. They managed to get through who said they are very busy and it will be at least an additional 20mins more!! May I suggest calling people to let us know and to stop taking more orders until you have caught up and satisfied orders already waiting. Such a shame.
