Placing an order

Love Takeaway deals with third parties that provide high quality service however we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the quality or quantity of goods being delivered or collected from assumed third parties. It is your responsibility to call and check the supplied goods before making any payment.

If there are any questions regarding the goods shown in our website should be directed to the partner takeaway.

There may be such items displayed as vegetarian, halal, spicy, containing nuts or other helpful descriptions may not be accurate. It is the customer responsibility to contact the takeaway owner directly.

There will be two emails sent out to you, the first email is the acknowledgement of your order and second email will contain whether your order has been accepted by the third party. It is important that you do provide us with correct email address, as all the correspondence regarding placed order is sent to this address.

Any placed orders from chosen takeaway; it is their responsibility of all food preparation and deliveries. Please note that given time for deliveries or collection of your placed orders may delay due to the factors beyond their control. If this happens we will try our best to inform you soon as possible. Also, please make sure that given personal details such as postcode, email address and contact telephone number must be all correct when ordering as this may also lead to problems or delays in delivery.

Our website gives facility for you to track the progress of your order by going into Order History.

 

Payment

Please be aware that once an order is being accepted by the third party (takeaway), this represents an agreement between you the customer and the takeaway. It is only the takeaway owner responsibility for this order. Payments are only accepted by credit/debit card or PayPal on our website. All payments go to Love Takeaway as an authorised agent of the takeaway.

The prices that are quoted in our website is in British (Sterling) Pounds and inclusive of VAT.

Any delivery charges that need to be paid for will be clearly shown in your bill and can be found under Order History.  

The prices are subject to change at any time and all good are subject to availability. If any placed good is unavailable it will be informed by the takeaway owner.

 

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order if the takeaway shop has not yet started to prepare your order. Please just call us on 0800 772 0968 or use our Live Chat and we will cancel your order and process your refund.

Love Takeaway reserves the right to cancel any placed order based on inaccurate information provided by the member.

Any order placed either before acceptance or after acceptance can be cancelled by the Love Takeaway or the takeaway owner, if this will be the case, you (the customer) will receive an email to notify you immediately.

Please be aware that earned points may be excluded from your account if order is cancelled or refunded.

 

Customer ratings

The ratings are only to give information for customers that have ordered goods and their own reviews of that takeaway and do not constitute advice. You must not rely on ratings or refrain from any action.

 

Termination

Love Takeaway reserves the right to decline any new registration or terminate your right to link to our website and remove your registration to our website if you (the customer) infringe any of the Terms of Condition. In a case were by we consider there to be a risk of loss or liability to us or our partner takeaway we may take further action against you for such loss and liability from occurring.

Please be aware that we can trace your IP address and contact your ISP in an event of breaching these Terms of Condition.

 

Misuse

Love Takeaway is working with a dedicated security system; it is extremely difficult to manipulate data. If we found out that someone is manipulating or interfering pointing system, an action be taken immediately against the person and we reserve the right to forfeit all earnings and ban the user from our network.

This website is governed by English Law and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
